The sheep get shorn and get their nails clipped once per year and have constant access to a beautiful pasture and a barn that offers them shelter and shade. We believe the more comfortable the animal is, the stronger and healthier their offspring will turn out to be. In the end, you will find that higher quality back in the taste and tenderness of the meat.
